CSC VB SCRIMMAGE 10:30 AM SAT

     The Chadron State College volleyball team will have its Cardinal-White scrimmage this Saturday morning, beginning at 10:30 in Armstrong Gymnasium.

     The scrimmage will last about an hour, giving fans plenty of time to make their way to Elliot Field for the Eagle football team's season opener at noon against the University of Mary.

     The volleyball team wrapped up its preseason camp last weekend and moved into its regular practice schedule.

      The Eagles open the season Labor Day weekend, playing Sept 3 and 4th at the University of Nebraska-Omaha Showcase. They will start play with Midwestern State and Newman University.

      Coach Amy Spruiell has 15 players on her roster this fall, including 7 returners from last year's squad.
