Mitchell agri-businessman Dave Hergert's financial woes won't go away. His U-S Chicory has been sued by Source Gas for non-payment of a $74,000 loan.
Source...which purchased the retail natural gas operations of Kinder Morgan last year...did not include Hergert individually as a defendant in the suit.
The gas company says U-S Chicory took out the note for its drying and roasting operations last March. The loan required monthly deposits, and Source Gas says the company is delinquent. The suit asks for payment of the note, interest, and legal costs.
