A Scottsbluff man unhappy with the 6-month jail sentence he'd just received for shoplifting took out his frustrations by throwing a water bottle sitting from the defense table at the judge.

The bottle missed Scotts Bluff County Judge James Worden and 28 year old Phillip Enriquez now faces a number of much more serious charges including assault on a judge, resisting arrest, obstructing a police officer, and disturbing the peace.

Enriquez, who'd been out on bond while awaiting sentencing, was tackled to the floor by a corrections officer after throwing the water bottle, but continued to struggle and yell threats at Judge Worden.

Another corrections officer and a sheriff's deputy eventually removed Enriquez from the courtroom and took him to jail.
