The first ever KCOW Radio Auction will be held Wednesday from 7 a.m. to 4 p.m.
AM 1400, KCOW Radio in Alliance will provide listeners with the opportunity to bid on items below retail price!
KCOW staff members will be describing items offered to the station from local businesses. You may call the station and place a bid via the telephone. There will be NO ON AIR bidding. If someone outbids you, you will receive a call back offering you the chance to top the existing bid.
If you are the top bidder, arrangements will be made that day to pay for the item at KCOW. While you pay for the item at KCOW using cash, check, or credit card.The item you purchasewill need to be picked up at its' sponsoring business.
While the auction is a KCOW revenue builder, the station will earmark a portion of the proceeds for the new performing arts center currently under construction at Alliance High School.
