Trevor A. Littlejohn Raschke, 16, died Thursday October 4, 2007 at his home in Alliance.
He was born June 16, 1991 at Alliance, Nebraska to Ronald Raschke and LeAnn Littlejohn Placek. He was a Junior at Alliance High School. Trevor loved High School Swimming, Football and Wrestling. He was active in his church youth group and served as an Usher at the Saint Johns Lutheran Church.
Trevor loved the outdoors and loved to hunt. You would find him helping younger kids in several different ways either helping with the Pheasants Forever Youth Mentor program, or on the mat helping young boys learn to wrestle with the Federation Wrestling Program. Trevor touched many lives young and old and was respected and admired by his friends and classmates. Trevor was a hard worker always working towards something that he wanted. He loved working outdoors on the Mann family ranch and he had a special fondness for Larry, Judy, Cory, Sherry, Jared, and Melanie Mann.
He is survived by his mother and step father LeAnn and Mark Placek, his brother Tanner Littlejohn, Uncle Scott Littlejohn of Chadron, Grandparents Margie and Don Little of Apache Junction, Az. Great Grandmother Elizabeth Lockert of Alliance and special Grandmother Donna Dufek of Alliance. His Father Ron Raschke of Alliance , his half-sister Brook Raschke , of Orlando, Fla.,step-sister Jackie Carlson and step-brother Jacob Carlson, of Alliance , and his Grandmother Violet Raschke of Gregory, South, Dakota . He was preceded in death by his two Grandfather’s Kenneth Littlejohn of Alliance and Albert Raschke of Gregory, S.D.
Memorials may be given to Pheasants Forever Youth Mentor Hunt, or the Alliance Federation Wrestling Program. Memorials can be mailed in care of the family at 614 Hampton.
A memorial service will be held a 2:00 P.M. Tuesday October 9 at the St. Johns Lutheran Church. Burial will be in the Alliance Cemetery. Bates-Gould Funeral Home is in charge of arrangements.
